When Elena joined the project, I had already chosen a bold name for the Fatalist bar, designed a logo, and secured a space. From there, she drove the concept forward at incredible speed, bringing to life a rebellious bar in Valencia. We worked extensively online, creating humorous social media content, customizing ads, and developing unconventional ideas for outdoor advertising. I was impressed by her structured approach, her willingness to take responsibility, and her readiness to tackle even the toughest challenges.

The scope of what we’ve accomplished together is hard to believe. We launched during the pandemic, created unique set menus and cocktail lists, boosted sales, opened a Georgian restaurant, and even went on a hunt for the perfect khinkali taster, developed naming conventions, built websites, and organized events. The only thing we haven’t done is fly to the moon — but if that day comes, I know I have a reliable creative partner to go with.
